Firstly, this book introduces the current situation of international GPS meteorology researchand leads to the importance of GPS inversion PWV in the Antarctic region; Secondly, the method of PWV inversion based on GPS and the development of precipitation inversion software in the Antarctic region are described, and the prediction methods of BP neural network and BP neural network based on genetic algorithm are described, which provide basis for the later short-term weather forecast. Finally, the basic theory of space-based GPS meteorology is described. Due to the factors of occultation data, it is not combined with specific examples, but it laysa solid foundation for the specific application in the later period.
This book expounds the foundation GPS technology and its application, and explains the basic theory and method of space-based GPS technology, providing a basis for the combination of the two applications in the later period. In the book, the application of atmospheric precipitation inversion theory for Antarctic Great Wall Station and Zhongshan Station is described. The method of forecasting PWV is also explained, and the reliability of the method is illustrated by an example, which provides a certain reference value for polar weather forecasting.
